Conference language
The English language is the official language of the conference. The paper and the presentation in polish language is possible only upon agreement of the conference committee.
Publications
Full research papers papers will be presented during the conference in plenary and poster sessions. All submitted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (international conference status) with ISBN number. This year, the ACM ICPS format is used for the extended abstracts (both Word and Latex templates available directly from ACM SIG webpage here>>)
Selected papers are planned to be published as journal papers and as chapters in an English-language monograph.
Author instructions
Paper template and other detailed guidelines for Authors are given below:
- Extended abstract is strictly limited to two pages
- The template (Word or Latex file in ACM SIG proceedings standard) can be downloaded from official ACM webpage here>>.
- We encourage authors to include multimedia content to their abstracts: figures, animations, video files, podcasts
- Submissions are only accepted for review via EasyChair
- The abstracts of accepted papers can be published on the conference website
- A publication of best selected papers in an English-language monograph or special journal editions is under considerations
- The best multimedia content for papers competition will be organized: we ask interested authors for preparing short (5 min.) presentation of their multimedia content.
- we accept: videotutorials, .mov, .mp4, .avi files, we suggest using YouTube standards
- the multimedia content should also include a description: text file or audio podcast.

All submitted extended abstracts in english with additional polish abstract will be published in conference proceedings (international conference status) with ISBN number.
There is also planed a publication of the best papers as chapters in monography in english.
